The LPG Gas Compressor for Unloading is a piston compressor that uses piston reciprocating motion to pressurize and deliver gas. Product Description

The ZW series of oil-free compressors produced by our factory in China are designed for unloading, loading, dumping, residual gas recovery, and residual liquid recovery of LPG/C4, propylene, and liquid ammonia. These compressors have a low rotating speed, high component strength, stable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance. They are compact, lightweight, low-noise, and feature good sealing and easy installation. Widely used in the gas, chemical, and energy industries, these compressors are essential equipment for various applications.

During the unloading process, the compressor pressurizes the gas from the storage tank and then delivers it to the tanker through the gas phase line. It also transfers the liquid from the tanker to the storage tank through the pressure difference of the gas phase. It is important to note that cooling the gas phase during unloading is not necessary as it may cause liquefaction and hinder the unloading process. However, if residual gas recovery is required, a cooler can be used to expedite the process.

The loading process is the reverse of the unloading process.
